• If you are not happy, contact Alfred's directly so the order can be reviewed and made right.
• Delivery timing depends on route planning, availability, weather, and customer scheduling.
• If a delivery has to be delayed, Alfred's will contact you with the updated plan or cancellation/refund options where required.
• Contact us directly with current-pack, product, delivery, or order questions.

Website privacy and tracking

• The website may record page visits, session/source tags, QR/source codes, referrers, device/browser details, and order/contact/wholesale form attribution so Alfred's can understand where real customer activity came from.
• Form submissions may include the contact details and order details you enter, plus attribution data connected to that submission.
• Payment card details are handled by the payment processor and should not be entered into message boxes.
• Alfred's uses collected data for order handling, customer service, fraud/spam prevention, route planning, attribution, and business reporting.

Email and marketing

• Transactional emails may be sent for orders, inquiries, confirmations, and service follow-up.
• SMS/text consent on the order page is used only for non-marketing, order-related messages such as order confirmations, pickup or delivery updates, and related order notifications.
• Message and data rates may apply. Customers may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
• SMS opt-in data is not sold or shared for third-party marketing.
• Commercial/promotional email should identify Alfred's clearly, use truthful subject lines, and honor opt-out requests.

Advertising and product claims

• Website offers, prices, availability, discounts, service-area claims, and product descriptions should stay truthful, clear, and supported.
• Meat, poultry, seafood, origin, grade, health, nutrition, and special-quality claims should match the actual supplier/package labeling and applicable food-labeling rules.
